The Benton County Attorney’s Office has started its analysis of Minnesota’s recently approved marijuana legalization.
Land services director Roxanne Achman provided a cannabis update during a June 6 board of commissioners meeting.
After Gov. Tim Walz signed the 300-plus page bill into law May 30, local government sprang into action.
